Let me be completely honest with you.
I started this site because I was tired of the confusion.
For years, I jumped between probiotic brands, cut out entire food groups, and spent hundreds of dollars on supplements that promised to “fix my gut in 7 days.” Most of them did nothing. A few made things worse.
I am not a doctor. I am not a gastroenterologist.
What I am is a researcher who spent 3+ years digging into clinical studies on the gut microbiome, leaky gut, and digestive health. I built this site to do one thing: help you make smarter decisions faster.
How We Are Different
Most gut health websites give you a list of supplements and say “buy this.”
We don’t do that.

My name is Jahur. I am the founder and primary researcher here.

- A team of freelance fact-checkers (with nutrition backgrounds) who review my top 10 articles every quarter.
